Anna Addison

Anna Addison’s industry experience includes working for a variety of sectors within the travel and tourism industry including Newmans Tours Ltd in Auckland and Honolulu, American Express Travel and Air New Zealand.  My passion for excellence in customer service and sales was recognised by winning multiple awards at Air New Zealand Pride Awards.  My enthusiasm for this subject area is continued through to my teaching where I have also delivered training in the Pacific Islands.  I am currently working towards my Masters of International Tourism Management and won the 2016 Emerging Research Award at Auckland Institute of Studies.
