How To Apply
2026 domestic enrolments are now closed - we've exhausted our 2026 funding allocation.
APPLICATION
Visit Enroller, our online enrolment portal, where you will be able to set up your account and manage the entire enrolment process from application through to arrival.

ACCEPTANCE
- Open the unconditional offer that you received from admissions@up.education.
- Read through the Contract of Enrolment and Enrolment Acceptance Form Sign and initial at the requested sessions and send them back to admissions@up.education.

The following two payment options can be done:

Once your payment is received, you will receive an email from admissions@up.education with your receipt.
VISA APPLICATION
Apply for your student visa online with Immigration New Zealand at http://www.immigration.govt.nz/new-zealand-visas/apply-for-a-visa If you are outside New Zealand when you apply for your visa you can choose to pay your tuition fees after your visa has been Approved in Principle (AIP). You must provide a tuition fee receipt after your application has been AIP in order to have your visa granted.
ENROLMENT
Once you received your visa, please send it to admissions team and you are good to book your flight ticket to New Zealand. You will receive the pre-arrival pack via email from the campus team once your visa has been received. Please arrive before the orientation date and attend the orientation at campus.

For International Students
- Students from China, Vietnam, the Indian Subcontinent, Turkey and the Middle East are recommended to apply for ‘Pre-Visa Assessment’ at an Immigration New Zealand office before paying programme fees. In order to obtain your student visa, you will need to show our Receipt and Confirmation of Enrolment after you have received “Approval in Principle” from Immigration New Zealand.
- Send or take your passport, your Confirmation of Enrolment, Receipt, and other documentation required to the nearest Immigration New Zealand office to apply for a student visa. International students already in New Zealand can apply at the Online Visa Office at the AIS St Helens Campus.
- After receiving your passport with your student visa issued, please inform the Admissions Team and advise your travel details.
- Upon arrival in Auckland, please keep an eye on your the email account provided on your application for your orientation and course enrolment details.
For Domestic Students

- Qualifying students should apply online to StudyLink for student loans and allowances where required.
- When you arrive at AIS, contact the Business Administration Team for any further help you might need.

Bookings for the homestay and airport pick-up services must be made at least two weeks in advance of arrival in Auckland.
If you are under 18 year of age, your parent or guardian must complete the Under 18s Consent Form.
